Catherine A. Harrington is counsel in the Tax Department. Catherine regularly advises on domestic and international federal income tax issues, including matters relating to capital market issuances, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state tax controversies, investment partnerships, offshore and domestic insurance companies, and financial products.
