Willkie acted as underwriters’ counsel in The Dow Chemical Company’s $1.4 billion SEC-registered senior notes offering. The Dow Chemical Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Inc. (NYSE: DOW) and one of the world’s leading materials science companies.
