Willkie Advises Underwriters in $1.2 Billion Notes Offering by Whirlpool Corporation

Willkie advised the underwriters in the registered public offering of $1.2 billion of senior notes by Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR), one of the world’s leading kitchen, laundry and household appliance companies. 

The transaction was led by partners Eddie Best and John Ablan, with associate Kevin Winnie and law clerk Kyle Larson. Counsel Martin Miller provided advice relating to FINRA and counsel Catherine Harrington provided tax advice.
