Willkie represented RBC Capital Markets as dealer manager in connection with Coeur Mining Inc.’s (NYSE, TSX: CDE) private exchange offer for any and all of the $400 million of 6.875% Fixed Rate Notes due 2032 issued by New Gold Inc. in exchange for Coeur’s newly issued 6.875% Senior Notes due 2032. The exchange offer was effectuated in connection with Coeur’s recent acquisition of New Gold.
