Willkie is representing Novacap in connection with its portfolio company Previan’s separation of its Eddyfi Technologies and NDT Global business units into two standalone industrial technology companies.
Previan, a leading industrial technology group, recently announced the launch of a key strategic realignment initiative that will establish Eddyfi Technologies, a global leader in advanced non-destructive testing instrumentation, and NDT Global, a provider of in-line diagnostic solutions, integrity management and subsea robotics solutions, as two independent and autonomous entities. Novacap will amplify its partnership with Previan by making a significant additional investment to become the key shareholder of NDT Global while maintaining its existing investment and ownership in Eddyfi Technologies.
