Samir K. Patel is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Samir has extensive experience representing public and private companies and private equity firms on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border transactions, including:

Experience
Prior to joining Willkie in 2021, Samir was M&A and Securities counsel for a large publicly traded company in Chicago, and prior to that, an associate at two other major law firms in Chicago and New York City.

- Gainline Capital Partners on its sale of Source Advisors to BV Investment Partners
- Franklin Templeton on its acquisition of Lexington Partners for $1.75 billion

- Enerpac Tool Group Corp. (f/k/a Actuant Corporation) on the sale of its Engineered Components and Systems segment to One Rock Capital Partners*
