The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected associates Taaj Reaves and Andrés Cantero to serve as 2026 LCLD Fellows and associates Bridget Hamway, Khara John and Margaret O’Brien to serve as 2026 LCLD Pathfinders.

Taaj Reaves, an associate in the Intellectual Property Department based in Chicago, and Andrés Cantero, an associate in the Real Estate Department based in Los Angeles, are among the class of 2026 LCLD Fellows. The Fellows Program connects high-potential, mid-career attorneys with general counsel and law firm managing partners and provides participants with leadership training and professional development resources. 

In addition, Bridget Hamway, a Dallas-based associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Department, Khara John, a Litigation associate based in New York, and Maggie O’Brien, a Corporate and Financial Services associate based in DC, have been selected as 2026 LCLD Pathfinders. The LCLD Pathfinders Program helps participants develop leadership skills, build professional relationships and networks, and form a successful career-development strategy.  

The LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders are selected based on nominations from member organizations.
