Margaret O'Brien

Margaret is a senior associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department who advises corporate issuers and financial sponsors on capital markets transactions, securities law matters and corporate governance. Her experience includes high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, public and private equity offerings and other securities transactions. She also advises on general corporate matters, SEC reporting and compliance, and transactions in the insurance sector, including sidecar and reinsurance transactions. Margaret was selected as a 2026 LCLD Pathfinder.
