Qingqing (Chelsea) Zheng

Chelsea Zheng is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. Chelsea has experience advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and investors in investment grade debt offerings, shelf registration statements, follow-on offerings, and medium-term note programs among other capital markets transactions. Chelsea also has experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions.
