Willkie advised the underwriters in a registered public offering of $600,000,000 4.750% Senior Notes due 2031 of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR), a global leader in the design and manufacturing of drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing and protection technologies.
