Jacob Schtevie is a partner in Willkie’s Finance Department. He is based in the Firm's Chicago office.
Jake represents a variety of banks and debt investors in connection with leveraged finance transactions, with an emphasis on sponsor-backed LBOs and recapitalizations. He regularly handles the negotiation and documentation of various credit facility structures, including senior secured, unsecured, first lien/second lien, senior stretch, unitranche, recurring revenue financings and mezzanine debt investments. He has significant experience with lenders and sponsors across many industries and sectors, on both large-cap and middle market transactions.
