Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance in its support of Fort Point Capital’s acquisition of Visu-Sewer, a wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance services provider for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States, and in the related refinancing of Visu-Sewer’s existing senior facilities.
