  • Tenex Capital Management in its investment in Rose Paving, a national provider of parking lot maintenance and rehabilitation solutions
  • Tenex Capital Management in the sale of Wolf Home Products, a provider of kitchen and bath, outdoor living and building products, to PrimeSource Brands, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.
  • CIP Capital and its portfolio company Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS) in the sale of CSS to Confluence Technologies
  • Xerox in connection with formation of CareAR Software Business and investment by ServiceNow
  • New Mountain Vantage in its proxy contest and settlement agreement with Virtusa Corporation
  • Sarissa Capital in a settlement with Alkermes, pursuant to which Sarissa Capital was granted the right to designate a director to the company's Board of Directors
