Willkie represented Cardinal Infrastructure Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNL), one of the Southern United States' fastest-growing, full-service turnkey infrastructure services companies, in its initial public offering.

On December 11, Cardinal Group completed the offering of 11,500,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share, and on December 12, pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option, the company completed the sale of an additional 1,725,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering are approximately $277.7 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
