Katherine Lovejoy

Katie Lovejoy is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department in New York. Katie represents financial institutions and public and private companies in a variety of securities laws and corporate governance matters.  Katie advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in connection with public and private, secured and unsecured, high-yield and convertible debt, and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, direct listings and SPAC transactions.
