Yaniv Maman is a partner in the Tax Department. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on partnership tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, international tax matters, and matters relating to private equity funds and their investors. Yaniv’s work focuses on various industries including, energy, real estate and infrastructure, software and technology, and retail and e-commerce.
