Willkie advised NDT Global, a provider of advanced diagnostic inspection and integrity solutions for the energy sector, and portfolio company of Novacap, in its acquisition of Entegra, a premium technology company specializing in Ultra-High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (UHR MFL) in-line inspection services. Entegra was previously owned by Amberjack Capital Partners.
This union is expected to enhance NDT Global’s service portfolio, and strengthen its growing position in the gas pipeline market.
