Willkie advised StoneVest AG on the formation of a €150 million joint venture with Madison International Realty for the acquisition of light industrial real estate assets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The joint venture will target new and existing properties valued between €10 million and €50 million, and plans to acquire assets with a total value of up to €150 million.
Willkie previously advised StoneVest on the acquisition of light industrial assets in Germany, two of which are seeding the joint venture. Willkie also advised the company on the recent refinancing of the seed portfolio.
StoneVest AG is an independent, privately owned real estate investment and asset manager based in Zurich.
The Willkie team was led by partner Cornelia Thaler and counsel Dr. Moritz Vettermann and included partner Bettina Bokeloh, counsel Wolfgang Münchow and Wulf Kring, associate Philip Thürmer and transaction lawyer Gülnaz Akin.
