Willkie has again been recognized among the leading international firms in the 2027 edition of the Legal 500 Latin America, an annual guide to the top law firms in the Latin America market.
Legal 500 ranked Willkie in the International Firms: Corporate and M&A category, noting the firm’s strength in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as venture capital fundraisings and corporate restructurings.
