Willkie partners Jared Bartie, Chair of the Sports Transactions Practice Group, and Archie Fallon, Co-Chair of the Project Finance & Investment Practice Group, have been named 2023 Law360 MVPs for their achievements at the forefront of the industry.
Law360 recognized Jared and Archie among the attorneys who “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”
Jared was named a Sports & Betting MVP, further establishing him as one of the leading dealmakers in the sports industry. He represents domestic and international clients on professional sports team investments, stadium and arena transactions, facility naming rights and sponsorship transactions, media rights agreements and other complex matters.
Archie was again named a Project Finance MVP – he previously won the award in 2019 – in recognition of his success guiding cutting-edge transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice is focused on advising private equity funds and corporate clients on infrastructure investments across the risk-return spectrum, including midstream, power, renewable, transportation and other core assets.
Jared and Archie were selected from a competitive pool of more than 900 nominations and are among five honorees in both the Sports & Betting and Project Finance categories.
They will be profiled as 2023 MVPs in Law360 in coming weeks.
