Tilda Shin is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. She has a diverse corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate matters. Tilda has significant experience representing clients across a broad range of industries in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity financings, including complex transactions in the entertainment, media and technology industries.

Experience

Tilda was previously senior counsel in the Capital Markets & Corporate Department at Loeb & Loeb LLP. In addition, Tilda is a retired Certified Public Accountant in California.

  • Represented Box to Box Films, an award-winning documentary production company, in:
    • its joint venture with Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles to launch Iconic Productions, an athlete-led creative studio producing original stories across sport, culture, and entertainment
    • its Latin American joint venture with Mexico-based holding company Fillip to form Box to Box LatAm, focused on premium documentary, docuseries, and scripted content across the region
  • Represented Talespin, a spatial learning company, in its sale to Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in learning and talent experience solutions
  • Represented ACF Investment Bank in its sale of a majority stake to The Forest Road Company
  • Represented Sister, a global content production and development company, in its minority investment in Unanimous Media Holdings, the production company founded by Stephen Curry
  • Represented ReserveBar, the established leader in premium spirits ecommerce, in its acquisition of Minibar and related capital raising transactions
