Omar Shariff is a partner in Willkie’s Houston office where he is a member of the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Private Equity practice group. 

Omar focuses his practice on complex business transactions for both private and public clients in a broad range of industries, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures.
