Danielle Scalzo is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She represents corporate and private equity clients across a wide range of industries in public and private M&A, strategic transactions, and debt and equity financings. Danielle regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on strategic and governance matters.

Danielle was recently recognized among the “2026 Notable Women in Law” and the “2025 Notable M&A Dealmakers” by Crain’s New York Business, and was named to The Deal’s “Top Women in Dealmaking 2023.” She is recognized in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America guide in M&A and Private Equity.

Earlier in her career, she spent two years in the firm’s London office, where she focused on international corporate and securities matters.
