Rosalind Fahey Kruse is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department, Managing Partner of the New York office and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Crain's recognized her experience leading multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions for sponsors and portfolio companies, highlighting a transaction that involved a multifaceted merger, equity investment, multi-jurisdictional regulatory review, complex debt restructuring and reinvestment, and a complex carve-out. The publication also noted her as an active member of the Women in M&A Network.
Danielle Scalzo is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Crain’s recognized her success leading industry-transforming mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, highlighting her representation of Interpublic Group in its acquisition by Omnicom, a deal valued in excess of $13 billion. The publication underscored her wide recognition as a leading adviser, dealmaker and mentor across the legal community. Scalzo was also recently named among the “Notable M&A Dealmakers 2025” by Crain’s New York Business.
