Antonia Pegg is an associate in the Restructuring Department. She has provided strategic advice to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including distressed debtors, directors, administrators and funds on restructuring and insolvency matters in the financial services, energy, transport, media, retail, waste management and debt collection sectors. Antonia’s experience includes advising on the multi-jurisdictional restructurings of several overseas companies using schemes of arrangements, advising the administrators of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) Limited (in administration) and advising the ad hoc groups in relation to the refinancing of Stonegate Pubs and on the recapitalisation of Lowell.
