Willkie has been shortlisted for “Competition/Regulatory Team of the Year” and “Restructuring Team of the Year” at the 2025 British Legal Awards, presented by Law.com International.
Law.com International recognized both Willkie’s Antitrust & Competition practice and its Restructuring practice as leaders in the London market, shortlisting each group for excellence in their respective fields and for setting new standards in the delivery of legal services.
The Antitrust & Competition team was shortlisted for the groundbreaking settlement in the Merricks v Mastercard litigation, which was led by partner Boris Bronfentrinker with associates Nishtha Mahajan, Oliwia Siutkowska, Ronan Chisholm and Cameron Wright.
The Restructuring team was shortlisted for its work on the £1.6 billion Lowell transaction. The Willkie team was led by partners Graham Lane and Jason Taylor and includes partner Jennifer Tait, counsel Timothy Sawyer, and associate Antonia Pegg.
The British Legal Awards recognize the standout achievements of the UK’s leading law firms, in-house teams, chambers, and individuals.
The British Legal Awards ceremony will take place in London on November 26.
