John L. Brennan is a partner in the Litigation Department. He focuses primarily on the representation of corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and enforcement actions, including litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions, class action litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. John has represented public and private companies in various industries, including finance, technology, insurance, and consumer retail.
