Willkie advised IceLake and its portfolio company Studibo Group on Studibo’s recent acquisitions of Solvexis (Denmark), Enwendo (Germany), Occinergy and BE Energhetik (France).
Studibo Group, headquartered in Belgium, is a leading specialist in sustainable buildings and environment-related Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) & engineering services. Its unique concept is focused on offering a high quality “one-stop-shop offering” according to the latest sustainability, health & safety standards. The acquisitions marked Studibo’s expansion into the Danish, German and French markets, respectively.
