Thibaut De Brouwer

Thibaut De Brouwer is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department in the Brussels office. He advises on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including leveraged buyouts), venture capital, and general corporate matters. He represents Belgian and international investors and corporate clients. Thibaut earned his Master of Laws from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, completing exchanges at the Università degli Studi di Padova and the University of London. He also earned an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law.

Thibaut is a dual-qualified attorney licensed in both Brussels and New York and practices in Dutch, French and English.
