Willkie advised Barings and Cheyne Capital, two of the world’s leading alternative investment managers, in co-leading the financing to support maritime engineering group Balaena’s acquisition of APCL Group, a UK-based operator of critical hard infrastructure assets, serving key end-markets including defense and industrial sectors.
