Avista recently announced that it acquired Bentec Medical from Greyrock Capital Group and Hermitage Equity Partners. Bentec is a trusted supplier to blue-chip medical device OEMs as well as leading hospitals and surgery centers. Its products are used across numerous therapeutic areas such as ENT, oncology, aesthetics, biliary surgery, neonatal and other specialties.
