Steve J. Ahn is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups. He is based in the Firm’s New York Office.
Steve’s practice focuses on advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and general corporate and securities law matters. Steve’s experience encompasses a range of industries, with significant experience in the financial services, infrastructure and technology sectors.
