Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance, as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, in connection with certain credit facilities provided to MFG Chemical to support the company’s acquisition by Windjammer Capital.
Windjammer Capital recently announced that it acquired MFG Chemical, a developer and manufacturer of specialty chemicals, from Platte River Equity.
