Joseph W. Maher

Joe Maher is an associate in Willkie’s Finance Department. Joe represents banks, non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions, including in connection with sponsor backed leveraged buyouts. His practice involves a variety of credit facility structures, including senior secured credit facilities, unsecured credit facilities, first lien/second lien credit facilities and mezzanine debt investments.
