On July 13, Willkie client FIS (NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, announced that it had completed its underwritten public offering of $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The joint book-running managers for the offering were led by J.P Morgan, BofA Securities, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities.

FIS intends to use the net proceeds from the senior notes offering for the repayment of debt under its commercial paper programs, with any remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
