Willkie represents WRM America Holdings LLC and Aquiline Capital Partners in the deal.

On July 13, it was announced that Fidelity National Financial, Inc. agreed to sell its flood insurance business to Willkie client WRM America Holdings LLC for $210 million. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance, mortgage services, specialty insurance and diversified services, and is the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters. WRM America was formed in 2008 by Wright Risk Management, a risk financing and insurance management company, and Willkie client Aquiline Capital Partners to serve the education market. Wright Risk Management manages the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal and the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal. The deal was handled by partners Gregory Astrachan, Jeffrey Poss, Leah Campbell, Christopher Peters, Ian Levin and Jeffrey Goldfarb; special counsel Kim Walker and associates Sean Ewen, Devon Sharma, Christian Ercole and Nancy McCabe.
