Willkie’s Inclusion and Engagement Committee collaborates with eight associate-driven affinity groups throughout our U.S. offices, which are open to all attorneys expressing an interest and promote inclusiveness and community within the firm through social and substantive programming:

- Black Affinity Group
- First Generation Professionals Affinity Group
- Jewish Affinity Group
- Latinx Affinity Group
- LGBTQ+ Affinity Group
- South Asian and Middle Eastern Affinity Group
- Veterans Affinity Group
Each group is led by associates and supported by a partner liaison. The Groups host social, professional development and community events, and also sponsor many of the Firm’s speaker series programs.
