Willkie is the recipient of a 2026 Conservancy Award for its successful pro bono representation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy in a dispute over the preservation easement on Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

The Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy recognized Willkie for its work to enforce the Conservancy’s easement, which gives the organization the right to preserve the condition of Price Tower, believed to be Frank Lloyd Wright’s only skyscraper, and safeguard furniture and other parts of Frank Lloyd Wright’s collection in the landmark building.

The Conservancy Award is given selectively, on the initiative of the staff, to honor those that have provided special assistance in carrying out the education and preservation mission of the organization.

The Willkie litigation team included partners Jennifer Hardy, Krista Schwartz and Michael Li-Ming Wong, senior counsel David Nadig, and associates Zaina Fontane, Paul Ansani and Bowen Chang.

The award will be presented at the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy Annual Conference on Saturday, November 7, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
