Bowen Chang is an associate at Willkie’s Litigation Department. He has represented clients across a wide range of substantive areas, including ERISA litigation and IP litigation. Bowen has experience with drafting significant motions, preparing expert witnesses, supporting discovery, and supporting trial. Additionally, Bowen has an active pro bono practice, spanning areas of historic preservation, endangered species protection, election law, and civil rights.

Bowen Chang received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as an editor for the Yale Journal of International Law. He also holds a master’s degree in environmental management from Yale University and a B.A. in environmental studies and architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
