Anna, Chair of Willkie’s Latin America Practice Group, is widely recognized as a leading dealmaker in the Latin America market. She advises U.S. and international companies and private equity clients in mergers and acquisitions and complex cross-border transactions. Anna’s accomplishments include leading major deals in the shipping and logistics, confectionery and telecom industries in Latin America. In addition to featuring repeatedly in the guide to the top 100 practitioners, Anna has also been recognized numerous times by Latinvex as one of the leading women lawyers in Latin America.
Jorge, a member of the Firm’s Project Finance & Investment and Latin America Practice Groups, was again recognized as one of the top lawyers in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector in the United States and globally, with a particular emphasis on the debt and equity financing of projects and the structuring, acquisition and divestment of investments in energy and infrastructure projects and assets.
