Nathaniel Ward is a partner in Willkie's Washington, DC office, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. Nathaniel represents companies and other clients in high-stakes commercial disputes across federal and state courts, international arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has particular depth in supply chain and contract disputes in the aerospace, manufacturing, technology, and retail sectors, and his practice regularly involves disputes with distressed suppliers and counterparties. He represents debtors, creditors, and committees in adversary proceedings, contested matters, committee investigations, and related litigation.
Nathaniel also has significant experience conducting cross-border investigations, including FCPA matters involving Russian-language evidence, and in responding to government investigations and enforcement proceedings before agencies including the FTC. He is proficient in Russian.
