Aaron Savella is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Aaron’s practice focuses on representing private equity firms, family offices and private and public companies and their boards of directors and senior managers in connection with a variety of corporate matters, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, carve-out transactions, debt and equity financings and securities law matters. Aaron has practiced in New York and Houston.
