- Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in the concurrent acquisitions of three distinct dermatology practices and the establishment of its investment platform for future dermatology targets.
- Lee Equity Partners, indirectly through InterLuxe Holdings LLC, in the acquisition of certain entities which comprise the Mackage business
