

Paul Labov is a partner in Willkie’s Restructuring Department. He is based in the Firm’s New York office.
With more than 20 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience, Paul represents official creditors’ committees, ad hoc creditor groups, trade vendors, landlords, and trustees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. Paul’s practice includes restructuring cases involving nationally recognized companies and brands across wide range of industries, including retail, energy, manufacturing and healthcare. He is also a trusted adviser to private equity firms in the purchase and sale of distressed debt and assets.
