Willkie was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Bitcoin Depot Inc. (NASDAQ: BTM), a U.S.-based Bitcoin ATM operator.
Bitcoin Depot recently filed for chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas to effect an orderly wind-down of the company’s operations and facilitate a sale of its assets.
