Willkie has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Trinseo PLC (OTCM: TSEOF), a specialty material solutions provider.
Trinseo recently commenced voluntary chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas to implement a pre-packaged restructuring plan that would reduce Trinseo’s debt by approximately $2 billion.
