Martin Kalbhenn is an associate in the capital markets practice group. He focuses his practice on advising issuers, underwriters and other market participants on equity capital markets transactions, in particular initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases/rights offerings and private placements as well as equity-linked transactions, such as convertible and exchangeable bonds, and debt offerings. He also advises on general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Willkie, he worked at a magic circle firm in Frankfurt for several years and in the Frankfurt office of a US investment bank.
Martin is fluent in German and English.
