• Advised Citi and DZ BANK on €3.1 billion capital increase of EnBW Energie Baden Württemberg AG

• Advised innoscripta SE and its Selling Shareholders on its EUR 218 million IPO and Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange 
• Advised Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG as Sole Global Coordinator on the EUR 21.3 million capital increase and private placement of Circus SE
• Advised DZ Bank AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank on the EUR 400 million rights issue of Mainova Aktiengesellschaft.
• Advised Berenberg, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies on the €130 million private placement of shares of ATOSS Software SE by two of its largest shareholders.
• Advised Baader Bank AG as listing agent in connection with the business combination of SMG Technology SE with BigRep GmbH and subsequent listing of new shares issued by SMG Technology SE (now BigRep SE) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
• Advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & CO. KG in connection with the rights issue from authorized capital against cash contributions of Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA.
• Advised Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank Aktiengesellschaft and LUXEMPART S.A. in connection with a block sale of shares in SÜSS MicroTec SE by LUXEMPART S.A.
