Willkie advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG and UniCredit Bank GmbH in connection with the private placement of shares in JOST Werke SE with a total volume of €72.8 million. The existing shares in JOST Werke, a manufacturer and supplier of safety systems to the commercial vehicle industry, have been placed with institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding.
The existing shares in the company were previously held by Vierunddreißigste PMB Management GmbH, a participation vehicle of Peter Möhrle Holding. Berenberg and UniCredit acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
The Willkie team was led by partner Simon Weiss and included partner Joseph Marx as well as associates Martin Kalbhenn and Niklas Keller.
