M. Annie Houghton-Larsen

Annie Houghton-Larsen is a senior associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice centers on complex, high-stakes civil disputes, including matters involving contracts, defamation, and securities and financial matters on behalf of leading commercial enterprises and institutional clients, as well as high-powered individuals. Annie has a passion for trial work and has served as trial counsel on numerous federal trials.
Annie also has experience representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions, including actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Annie maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a particular focus on impact litigation, spanning reproductive justice, election law, defamation, and healthcare.
