Eric S. Halperin is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and the Private Equity Practice Group. Eric’s practice focuses on advising private equity firms, asset managers and their portfolio companies across the full spectrum of transactions, including in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of privately and publicly held businesses, hybrid capital transactions, minority investments, carve-outs and joint ventures, in addition to a broad array of commercial issues. Eric also represents venture capital investors and privately held companies in early-stage and follow-on investments and financings. His experience spans a broad range of industries, with significant experience in the technology and business services sectors.
